1. Save passwords :

Nowadays, there are some websites where we use them on a regular basis and it’s irritating to enter User ID  and Passwords every single time. 

Google chrome gives two options when you enter details Save password or never save password.  If you click on save password it will save your password and next time when you login you don’t have to enter details.

In future If you want to remove site id, password details then go for 

Settings > Advanced settings > Passwords and Forms > Manage Passwords 

Here you will find two options Saved passwords and Never saved , if you want to remove saved password go for Saved passwords or else go for second option. 

2. Manage Auto – fill Settings:

By using this feature you can save your address and credit card details for any further shopping or anywhere where you need credit card details and address. 

1. Go to Settings

b) Under Settings you will find   Advanced settings.

     c) Under advanced settings you will find Option called Passwords and forms. 

       d) Go for option Manage Auto – fill settings

You can add your address and credit card details in the highlighted areas.

Chrome has webstore where you can add any extension,theme or App which you like or which reduce you work

Google chrome provides this amazing feature to users to make things easier and quicker.

4. Enable Guest Browsing :

This feature provides you to keep safe your history,bookmarks and chrome settings. When you want to give your personal computer to any other person and you don’t want to show your chrome details like settings,history,bookmarks then this feature is perfect for you.

1. Go for Settings  under  People  check box  Enable guest browsing. 
2. Click on Add person enter any name then click on Add. 

Now you can see a desktop shortcut for guest browsing, when a person open guest browser he can’t see your history and bookmarks. 

5. Sync Chrome settings : 

 It is very difficult to add extensions, settings ,bookmarks ,themes and apps every single time when you open a chrome browser either from office or home.

By using this option you can sync settings whenever and wherever you want by just signing in to your gmail account. 

Go to Settings Sign in > Sign in to chrome.

1. You can move tabs right side or left side of the browser according to requirement , dragging down the tab makes it open in a new window.

2. To mute  specific tab just take a right click on tab and click on Mute Tab . 

3. If you are working on so many tabs and want to reduce space then take right click on specific tab and Pin the tab.

4. You can bookmark all tabs at once by pressing Ctrl + Shift + D or take right click on any tab and select Bookmark all tabs.

Now using Chrome remote desktop app you can establish remote connection and you can access other computers or share your computer to others.

Google chrome provides you individual history for every tab, If you want to see specific tab recent history then hold the Go back arrow.

9. Search from Omnibox : 

Google chrome now provides you to search directly from specific site using omnibox.for example from the  website www.youtube.com you can directly search any video

For this feature you should enter a complete website name at least once. From next time it will ask you to press Tab key for direct search.

10. Task Manager :

If you have installed apps from google chrome web store for example Google mail checker, some pages and apps run in background even if you close google chrome browser. 

Task manager shows you Memory usage and CPU usage, you can end the process by selecting specific background pages or apps.

1. You can directly type  Shift + Esc for Task Manager.
2. Go for chrome options at the top right side corner  More tools > Task Manager.
